Cotton Archives is a creative studio space located in Los Angeles, California, owned and operated by Christina Cotton and Christal Cotton. We provide art workshops, sewing instruction, studio rentals, creative events, and physical products.

4. Workshops, Classes & Events
a. Registration & Payment
Payment is required to reserve a spot unless otherwise stated.
b. Refunds & Rescheduling
All workshop refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

c. Liability Waiver Required
Participation in workshops or events requires agreement to our Sewing Machine & Equipment Use Waiver and Release of Liability. Failure to sign the waiver may result in denial of participation without refund.
5. Studio Rules & Safety
All guests, students, and renters must comply with the Cotton Archives Studio Rules & Safety Guidelines.
Failure to follow studio rules may result in:

Removal from the studio

Loss of equipment privileges

No refund, where applicable
Studio Rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Studio Rentals
All studio rentals are subject to a separate Studio Rental Agreement.
By booking or using the studio space, you agree to:

Cotton Archives reserves the right to deny or terminate a rental at its discretion.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By entering the Cotton Archives studio or participating in any activity, you acknowledge that creative and sewing activities involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Cotton Archives, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from liability, as detailed in the Liability Waiver, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. Product Sales
When available, products may be sold online or in-studio.
